Dr I can’t sleep. You need to take these tablets... At the age of 50 Robert Walter hit burnout. Stressed, overly anxious and depressed due to being overworked and practicing no self care he went to his GP seeking help. 3 weeks later after being highly medicated he found himself in a Melbourne psychiatric clinic in a bad way. He then went on a roller coaster ride for many years until he took control of his life again by discovering meditation.
