On the outside James Grima appeared to be doing well. A string of successful businesses, financial security and a functional family life. But below the surface he was struggling. Riddled with uncontrollable emotions and fear of speaking up James attempted to take his own life 3 times in 2006. He slowly then began to seek help and over a two year period made steps to rebuild his life. Through a stressful work life he lost touch with his wellbeing and hit rock bottom. An adventurer at heart he began chipping away to improve his wellbeing then at age 50 started his own filmmaking business and has never looked back.
