Podcast 267 is out, and it’s transformational ! Adam Blum was victim to profound schoolyard bullying, not just from his school mates but also his teachers. Diagnosed with ADHD and attended counselling at 6, Adam battled throughout his childhood and teenage years and reached 140kgs before again being bullied in the workplace to the point that he was one step from taking his life. In this episode Adam talks through his experiences, how he changed and what he is doing now to bring others facing the black dog back into the light.
