Podcast 244 is out. Dan Hunt is a former professional NRL player with the St George Illawarra Dragons. After many years on an emotional roller he was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder type 2 in 2010 which gave him the ability to recognise his behaviours and dramatically changed his own life and those around him. Dan has since successfully managed his mental health and has been the catalyst behind educating thousands of people through an organisation he founded called Mental Health Movement. In this podcast Dan and I go deep into his own journey, the current mental health landscape and what possibly needs to be done to improve mental health outcomes for individuals, their families and communities.
