Podcast 220 is out and it’s an important one. An average of 21 single father’s take their own life in Australia each week that don’t have access to their children. Sadly these numbers are a clear sign that more needs to be done to help men experiencing separation. 2 years ago Ben Jones lost everything. His relationship, his twin girls, his job, his income and love of life. Through adversity Ben turned his attention towards learning new skills when things were out of his control which gave him focus and direction again. Ben has become passionate about helping other men learn how to manage challenging emotions and find their way back when the things we love are taken away. I’m sure you will enjoy this conversation.
