Adam William is a father of 2 young boys from the Scone region who has been involved in the agricultural industry almost all his life. Adam has seen many highs and lows in his journey and sadly lost his own father to suicide in 2018. Adam and I discuss many ways in which men in rural communities can embrace our wellbeing to help us to become more self aware and reduce this risk of mental health issues, physical challenges and disease.
